Title: Senior Trade Marketing Executive
Location: Ho Chi Minh city
1. Minimum Qualification & Experience
+ Diploma or Degree of Marketing/ Business/ Comunication.
+ At least 3-4-year experiences in above mentioned majors.
+ Background in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce or Agency.
2. Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the appearance and integrity of brands from Lam Soon among the market. This role can develop and deploy the plan with multi-channel brand initiatives under supervision of company strategy. This role will mainly support team to handle brand visibility at POS to ensure brand communication and support sale -offtakes
3. Duties & Responsibilities Report and administrative (20%)
• Achieve the brand target for the responsible categories.
• Support brand manager (BM) to fulfill the report requirement from head office and other regions.
• Be a master in presentation and excel which can help line manager to present & create Dashboard/ PowerPoint/ Graphs and Charts, etc.
Trade marketing (40%)
• Involve key stakeholders for product at each stage of campaign and evaluate the results once it’s completed.
• Play a key role to fulfill company events / brand activation in both MT and GT channels.
• Plan and carry on marketing activities to support Sale offtakes in multi-channels.
• Mainly monitor and deliver POSMs to sale area in addition to support promotion campaign and brand activation.
• Contact suppliers/ vendors to create and produce new POSM under budget given
• Work closely with Key account & sale team to monitor promotion performance and marketing activities at POS across channels.
Brand marketing & E-commerce (40%)
• Self- manage and execute digital/ media marketing activities under brand’s requirement.
• Assist BM to fulfill B2C website data in term of products, promotion, price, policies with provided guideline.
• Proactive to generate additional sales at every turn in e-commerce and social media platform under BM supervision.
• Self-manage content calendar to fulfill own-media channels content from time to time.
• Support BM to monitor media investment and execution in order to meet brand/ media KPIs.
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

• Having knowledge/ experience in brand marketing is a plus
